What is Small Art Factory?
Small Art Factory is a Paris based Contemporary Art & Photo Gallery focused on high quality prints & originals from recognized artists as well as emerging talents. We publish prints via our very own state of the art print shop and represent artists as well as facilitate new innovative ways for them to publish their work and expose in pop-up exhibitions across Europe.
Will you sell my work?
We take all submissions seriously and will always look at your work. Whether we like it or not, you will hear back from us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can get your Art to you regardless of country.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it usually within the next 3 working days; however, please allow up to 10 working days for Europe and 28 workdays for delivery to overseas countries
How do I know when my order is dispatched?
As soon as your order has been sent out, we will e-mail to inform you.

Will I be charged for customs and import fees?
All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes we can combine shipping.
What if my goods are Damaged?
We will strive to replace all damaged goods. Please check your goods and email us within 3 working days of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You must keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.
